Falon Brianne prints are all professionally hand-crafted using giclée printing methods. Archival pigment-based inks on acid-free paper ensures durability without sacrificing quality. Your print arrives at your door ready to hang with certificate of authenticity. 

Please contact if you have any special requests such as local pick-up or embellishment. 

*The embellishment process is an additional cost. Falon adds hand detailing to the print, usually in texture and color, followed by framing.

Prints are made to order - Prints generally take 1-2 weeks to reproduce. Shipping time starts when the print leaves the print house, NOT from the time of order.

  • Shipping

    Original artwork and prints will ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Large or oversized original artwork will will ship out via freight carrier. Please make sure we have your contact phone number as well as email so we can reach you if need be.

    If you require an alternate shipping method, please contact us.

  • Returns

    We know that as much as you love Falon Brianne art, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged or your print has a production error, simply send us an email with your order # and a picture of the damage or production error within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to issue an expedited reorder.

    We accept replacements or exchanges for the following reasons:

    1. Your product arrived visibly damaged.
    2. The product that arrived was not the correct product or size that you initially ordered. (Please provide your order # and a picture of the product you received.) 

    Every product is made custom-to-order and we do not hold inventory. Therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds do to a change of mind.
