Original artwork and prints will ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Large or oversized original artwork will will ship out via freight carrier. Please make sure we have your contact phone number as well as email so we can reach you if need be.

We know that as much as you love Falon Brianne art, mistakes can happen. If your order arrives damaged or your print has a production error, simply send us an email with your order # and a picture of the damage or production error within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to issue an expedited reorder.
We accept replacements or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Your product arrived visibly damaged.
- The product that arrived was not the correct product or size that you initially ordered. (Please provide your order # and a picture of the product you received.)
Every product is made custom-to-order and we do not hold inventory. Therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds do to a change of mind.
